1. Returns Period

 


We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.


To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery.

 


 

 

2. Condition of Returned Items

 


To qualify for a refund:

 

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The print must not be damaged, altered, or framed differently from how it was supplied.

 


We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned in a condition that prevents resale.

 


 

 

3. How To Request a Return

Include:

 

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for return

 


Returns must be authorised by us before being sent back.


Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

 


 

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

 


Unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.


We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.


Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 


 

 

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

 


If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

 

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photographs of the packaging and the item.

  • Include your order number.

 


Where a fault or transit damage is confirmed, we will offer either:

 

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund (including original shipping costs).

 


In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

 


 

 

6. Refund Process

 


Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.


If approved:

 

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

 

 


 

 

7. International Orders

 


Customers outside the United Kingdom (including the United States) are responsible for:

 

  • Return shipping costs

  • Any customs or import charges incurred during return shipping

 


We recommend clearly marking returned parcels as “Returned Goods” to avoid unnecessary customs charges.
